Meet The Team
Craig Barrows
Sole Member and founder of 13arrows Construction. Craig qualified in 1991 with a Civil Engineering National Diploma. He learnt his trade working for reputable companies like WJM, Landmark Construction and then Gordon Verhoef and Krause, before registering 13arrows Construction in 2003. In 2005 13arrows started trading.
Donovan Faul
Contracts Manager: Joined 13arrows in 2025, Donovan has vast experience in the construction industry having had his own construction company for many years. Donovan handles all our construction projects from start to finish
Natalia Barrows
Business Manager: Being a family owned business, Natalia plays an integral part in the company's short and long term business decisions. Natalia, has been with the company since it's inception.
Tommy Majingo
Senior Foreman: Joined 13arrows in 2014. Tommy, as he is affectionately known, handles all on site management on a daily basis. Production and solving day to day practical problems on site are his strengths.
Gina Hemmings
Office Manager: With the company's rapid expansion in 2021, there was a need to increase the company's resources. In January 2022 we appointed Gina. Gina has been in the industry for many years and her knowledge and experience is a valuable asset to the company.
Chris Barrows
Logistics manager: Christopher handles the day to day logistics of the company and is hands on with co-ordinating deliveries, collections of material, equipment and staff
